Advice and support serviceEaves Sexual Violence Service
Helping you report rape and abuse
Eaves understands that it can be hard to report rape and abuse to the police, or go through a court case. That’s why Eaves is launching a new sexual violence service with support from the Home Office and London Borough of Lambeth. We’ve appointed a new Independent Sexual Violence Advocate (ISVA), who is there to help any woman in Lambeth who has been raped, sexual assaulted or sexually abused, at any time in her life. Eaves’ ISVA can help you with:
- Talking to police, courts or witness services on your behalf;
- Accompanying you to appointments;
- Helping you to develop coping strategies;
- Offering support at court and through court cases; and
- Helping you to access other services, such as benefits, housing, training and/or education.
Call for an appointment or drop in to our weekly specialist surgery at the Scarlet Centre,
Thursdays 1pm-5pm.
